Bed & Breakfast:This is where I spent my honeymoon and first anniversary. It is located south of Sedona proper off of Hwy 179. We loved the jacuzzi tub, great breakfast and congenial hosts. It has changed hands, but it sounds like the new owners have a similar approach to hosting. Rooms $199-$249 per night.
This beautiful little inn looks like a fairy house in the forest. The Victorian Room has a claw foot tub and hand-made tiles from a local artist. The Tuctu and Pinion rooms have corner whirlpools, artistic decor and gorgeous beds. There is also a Guest Cottage that does not include breakfast, but has two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and laundry facilities. It rents by the week or month with options for extra days. Quiet and beautiful! Rooms $164-$225 per night, Cottage $900 per week, $1450 per month, extra night $100.
A four star luxury inn. Rooms have beautiful wood, tile, slate and rock treatments and expensive furnishings. Rooms may have hot tubs, whirlpools, fireplaces, bathroom TV's and stereos, twin shower massagers, decks and other luxury accessories. Gourmet breakfast and sunset hors d'oeuvres. Rooms $189-$339 per night.
Resorts:Los Abrigados Resort & Spa on the Banks of Oak Creek This beautiful resort and spa is located right on Oak Creek just north of downtown Sedona. It is luxurious and pet friendly! Suites sleep four to six and have multiple TV's, kitchens and laundry facilities. There are currently some incredible deals for as little as $99 a night! ILX Resorts has several facilities in the area with accomodations ranging from rooms to cottages.
A real five star resort right next to Boynton Canyon. Walk across the main parking lot and hike the canyon, see the ruins and experience the vortex. Rooms and suites are pretty pricey, but can be as large and 1400 square feet, have a private pool and in-room Nintendo... among other perks. There is a spa, tennis courts, boutique shopping, activities, events and dining on-site. Rooms/suites $350-$1650 per night.
Not a hotel, but 14 little one- and two-story houses and one apartment perched in beautiful spots along the river. This resort has been a family endeavor since 1930 and has a unique history that you can read on the website. It's like getting your own little plot of land! Kitchens and other amenities, pet friendly. Rates $90-$145 per night.
These are just a small sample of accomodations available. There is something for every budget. Try these web sites for more options and information on Sedona.
