Robert Shields Designs
Trickster Coyote Image & Link to Robert Shields Website

Robert and I were both actors at the Original Renaissance Faire in Agoura, CA in the late 60's and 70's. He was once the headliner for the team of Shields and Yarnell, spellbinding mimes and comedians. Robert still performs, but now spends a lot of his time on other artistic ventures. He paints, sculpts, designs jewelry and runs 2 art gift shops in Sedona. The last time I saw him he was about to open a new restaraunt called "Trickster Cafe." I own a nice little collection of some of his silver-work and beaded jewelry.

Sedona Arts Center
Joyce Killebrew's "Enchanted" Sculpture Image & Link to Sedona Art Center

This gallery is at the north end of downtown. They specialize in Southwestern and fantasy-themed sculpture, painting, pottery, fiber art and jewlery. A trip to see Joyce Killebrew's incredible bronzes alone is worth the walk from the bottom of main street.

Goldenstein Gallery
David DaVary's "Lead a Horse to Water" Image & Link to Goldenstein Gallery

Another incredible gallery featuring local artists of all genres.

Exposures Art Gallery
Scott Peck's "Magic Bird" Image & Link to Exposures Gallery

This place is noted for its incredible sculpture collection, inside and out. It is worth driving or walking by late at night just to see the outside sculptures! A huge stand-alone building offering jewelry, paintings, photography, sculpture and more!

Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village
Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village & Link to Website

This is a lovely adobe art "village." Just walking the lovely streets and courtyards is worth a trip. Pieces by local artists specializing in fiber arts, jewelry, glass, sculpture and many other mediums can be found in dozens of quaint little shops. The anchor restaraunt is the El Rincon, a pretty place, but only marginal Mexican food.
